I was born and raised in Lake Havasu. This gives me a unique understanding of the Lake Havasu Real Estate market and the local community. 

I am a full time RealtorŪ specializing in Residential Real Estate Sales, New Construction with Seville Builders, and Commercial sales and leasing with the Ballard Commercial Group.  In my 5+ years as a RealtorŪ I have built a reputation of being one of the best in the industry and have the education and experience to prove it. I pride myself in knowing the market and where to find the best deals for my clients.

I seek to innovate using state of the art marketing techniques and cutting edge strategies. I understand the importance of good communication and the importance of constant contact through a real estate transaction. I strive to give my clients the best possible experience during their real estate transaction.

Education:

I have completed hundreds of hours of real estate education and have attended some of the finest seminars around the country. I continually strive for improvement and am constantly expanding my education base.  I am currently working on my GRI (Graduate of RealtorŪ Institute) and have completed my SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource).
